MIDAS Has Been Retired

 

After a long 25 years of service MDS have made the decision to retire MIDAS as of Thursday 26th March 2026. It has been replaced with our new portal, which can be found at https://mid2.mds.uk.

If you had a policy on MIDAS, you should have received an email inviting you to create a new user account on our new portal. If you have not received an email or require any assistance with your user account on the new portal, please email helpdesk@mds.uk. Please include your query along with your policy number, policy name, first line of address and post code. Without this information the MDS Team will not be able to assist you.
